Our Vision
At Brick Pilates, we believe Pilates is more than exercise—it’s a practice that builds strength, confidence, and awareness. Our fifty minute sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
We invite you to move with intention, breathe deeply, and experience Pilates in a space where connection—within yourself and with others—comes first.
Meet Becca
Founded by Rebecca Englebrick, Brick Pilates was born from a deep appreciation for movement, wellness, and community. Rebecca discovered her love for Pilates over ten years ago while beginning her nursing career in California’s Central Valley. What started as a way to support her own physical and mental well-being quickly became a passion that reshaped her approach to health and connection.
Rebecca spent her beginning years teaching at Studio Joy, where she was guided and mentored by an inspiring team of instructors who helped shape her teaching style and philosophy. She has trained in reformer and mat through Balanced Body, bringing a strong foundation in reformer Pilates, alignment, and mindful movement.
